  My Bonaire heating and cooling unit failed just as the summer started so i needed to get the unit changed over to a new system immediately. Daryl went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests including getting the new Airtouch 5 controller unit with inroom ITC temperature sensors and zoning the entire house within a reasonable cost. Daryl, Hayden, Stirling and the team at Kool Air were very professional and did an amazing job changing out the systems. They came on time and explained every process clearly and even cleaned up afterwards. They clearly live upto the 5 star reviews they already have.

  There have been four separate occasions over the years where we have had a Daiken air conditioning/heating system installed. The last three have been installed by Daryl Koolen and his amazing team at Kool Air in Traralgon. The team put together an 8-zone system that had been well-mapped out and perfectly matched our needs and expectations for our new build in Mitchell Estate, Moe. We love how quickly the Daiken cools or heats the zones and marvel at how quietly she purrs away, even at the business end of the machinations. We highly recommend Kool Air as the Number One choice for all your heating/air conditioning needs.

  We highly recommend Kool Air! Daryl was fantastic to deal with, always happy to take my calls and to accommodate what we were after. We were wary how the install would turn out, being that our house is mud brick but Matt, Caleb, and Max exceeded our expectations, hiding all the pipes and positioning the outdoor units where we asked. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up everything after the job. Matt was easy to communicate with which made us stress free. We couldn’t be happier with the final result!
