I recently had a battery system installed by Evitech, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thanks to Sandy, who was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain all the options, answered every question patiently, and made sure the system was tailored to my needs. There was no sales pressure — just straightforward advice and excellent customer service. The installation team was punctual, tidy, and highly professional. The system was installed efficiently and is working perfectly. It’s clear that Evitech takes pride in both their workmanship and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Evitech and Sandy if you’re considering a battery installation. A genuinely seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

I contacted Evitech to have an electric heat pump installed to replace my gas hot water system. While I wasn't entirely happy with the poor communication channels, I was very happy with the new Emerald 270 unit which was installed by Trigger Plumbing. They did a beautiful job installing the new unit and removing the gas unit. Getting the government rebate was a relatively painless process which made it easier for me to afford the changeover from gas. I look forward to one less bill!
