  We had an excellent experience with D & E Installations for our split system air-con installation. From the very first contact, Emma was incredibly friendly, helpful and quick to respond. She organised for Damien to come out and assess our needs, and he knew exactly what system would suit our home. We received our quote super fast and decided to go ahead with a Mitsubishi Heavy split system. The installation process was smooth and stress-free. Damien, Emma and the whole team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the result! From quote to installation, the process ran smoothly and was always on the timeframes promised.
