  Great company friendly staff was very easy to book a service call. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. He gave us a tip to use our ceiling ducted heating system FAN only not heating when our aircon is on to cool other rooms in the house that don’t have an aircon. This worked really well. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in installing air cons or ongoing maintenance. Regards Lawrie

  I've just installed my third Mitsubishi aircon unit to cover the rear bedrooms of my home - mostly as I have a development started nearby and mostly need to keep windows and doors closed to keep the entire home comfortable. I consulted with Bayside Comfort on the size and positioning, and to ensure we had quiet and efficient unit, and the results have been great - as usual. I should also compliment the Bayside Comfort office staff, who scheduled the installation in promptly (ahead of the development work) and also organised a follow-up service in the same speedy and efficent manner. Bayside Comfort handle the regular service requirements for my other two units - Annual servicing keeps our units efficient, extends the life, and could catch small issues early - but I have not had any issues with my Mitsubishi units! So - is air conditioning worth the money? YES! - and particularly now there are rebates for decommissioning gas heating even more so. I stopped using gas heating some time ago, using split systems instead and have had good re$ult$ on Utility bill$. I recommend Bayside Comfort to anyone considering Air conditioning, and I rely on them as an ongoing service provider.

  I cannot recommend Bayside Comfort Solutions Heating and Air Conditioning highly enough. After much research of Heating and Air conditioning companies on the peninsula Bayside came up tops. From start to finish we were presented with a professional well priced company that actually cared about their clients (not found very often these days). From the very start when John came to give us a quote, then Nathan site visiting and working out where everything would go through to the excellent, no fuss job that installer Adam and his team did we couldn't have been happier. Five stars is not enough for Bayside, we are very happy.

  Best company ever, with exceptional customer service! Kristy was incredibly nice and accommodating when I called about my aircon not working, and she quickly helped schedule a repair. Both Michael and Adam—who were also super friendly—came out on different days to sort out the issue, and now my aircon works perfectly. Highly recommend!

  I would definitely recommend Bayside Heating and Cooling. I have used their service for the installation of new aircon and the maintenance of previously existing gas ducted heating. The team are efficient and get it right the first time. They are also very reasonably priced and friendly. 5 stars.

Nothing was left to spare!! Michael is great technician and takes pride in his work and really knows his job well !! We are very happy! Michael turned up on time,punctial and friendly with great advice!! Our 5 year old unit now runs like new!! Great pricing too!! We will use great company again in near future!!
