Airfix customer for a number of years (over 7 yrs) Installed cooling & heating systems and provides regular service since. Consistently provide excellent customer service, prompt & efficient as well as high quality work. Always trusted Allen to do a great job. This year, Jordan came to service our evaporative cooler as well as clean the ducts. I also asked Jordan to provide a quote to replace heater / cooler vents. Jordan did an excellent job in servicing the cooler. Quote, supply & installation all completed promptly! It is so refreshing to meet a young man who takes personal pride in what he does and obviously enjoys the work. Keep up the great work Jordan! Allen well done on recruiting Jordan, he does your company proud and very much respects you & your company! I would highly recommend Allen and his Team for any heating/cooling requirements. Airfix Team are reliable, knowledgeable and customer service is top notch!

Can’t recommend Air Fix enough. Allen came out and did a phenomenal Job! Polite, respectful, and then technically brilliant! Quickly knew what needed to be done, and was able to explain exactly what the issues with our AC units were! As a massive bonus, he immediately saw that we were a “no shoes” indoors home and took off his boots unprompted. Class act! We know who we’re calling the next time we need any heating/ cooling work done!

Had my old ducted heating system replaced by Airfix Heating and Cooling, along with a full duct clean, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish the team was friendly and professional. They explained the whole process clearly and made sure I understood how to get the best out of the new unit. Great service and excellent workmanship — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling work done.
