Thanks to Matt and his team for their installation of a new split system air conditioning setup at our house! We were given the details to the Airfit team from other members of our family who booked with them, and the feedback I got from them was completely accurate. The process to get a quote, book, and set up a date was quick and efficient. The quote I was given was significantly better than other major services too - so was definitely a pleasant surprise! The team that came over were friendly, and even got along well with our puppy too! The house was kept clean, and the units work perfectly. Matt has personally followed up with us after installation too to make sure it has all gone according to plan, and I'm really appreciative of the customer service! Would highly recommend Airfit to anyone looking for any new HVAC installation!

We’re so thrilled we chose Airfit for our split system install! Matt was so quick to get in touch with a quote after we reached out, and the team was here in less than a week installing the unit. The install crew were great - super knowledgeable whilst also asking for our opinions before they proceeded, really lovely and friendly, and probably left our toddler’s room cleaner than it was to begin with! We felt so well looked after, and we loved that Matt checked in with us after a few days of using the unit before he’d be happy to send us the final invoice for payment. Matt and his team have been wonderful to deal with.
