Friendly and professional from start to finish. Andre drove out for a site visit and was enthusiastic and helpful in helping us not only choose a unit that was right for us but also organised for a very quick turn around for installation. The installation team were great and removed the old fittings and installed the new unit professionally and quickly. Could not recommend Parr more highly.

Just had our heat pump replaced. I would like to thank all the Parr's team. The whole process was seamless from inspection to quote and most importantly installation. The installation guys were amazing. They put in a big day without complaint and left with system tested and running properly, all rubbish removed and all tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Parr's.

Andre took the stress out of choosing a split system for our space and booking in a time that suited us, and the guys who installed were incredibly efficient, clean, polite and made the whole process of removing our old split system and installing a new one easy and stress free.
