Thank goodness I found Dylan! Dylan inspected my ducted air conditioner, provided a diagnosis and provided a quote in a very timely manner. His communication was excellent. He helped me through the process of an insurance claim and completed the job very professionally. If you're looking for a reliable, easy to deal with and experienced tradesman give Dylan a call! I had a terrible experience with another tradesman who let me down by ghosting me after the job became too difficult for him so very grateful for Dylan's help and expertise.
