We recently had our air conditioning units serviced and couldn’t be happier. The booking process was easy, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough job, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone at Jackson Air was genuinely lovely to deal with — professional, respectful, and friendly. Great service from start to finish.

Punctual, professional, polite, excellent communication from both admin and the technicians. To access the aircon units in kids’ rooms they had to work around desks containing kids’ art projects which the technicians did very carefully. I would definitely recommend Jackson Air.

We are extremely happy with the staff and their professionalism and have no hesitation in providing a 5 star review. To install a ducted system in one day when it's so hot is no mean feat.
