  When you have an investment property, and you don't live local, it's important to trust your tradespeople. Brett from Down2temp was suggested by a friend and I'm glad we used their services. Only communicating via email and then phone, he was very professional dealing with me and our agent to gain access. Their prices are also competitive. We are very happy with their service and will use them again.

  We contacted Brett at Down2Temp with a very big problem. Couldn’t find an aircon techinician for a service call at our rental property. The tenant was demanding the aircon be fixed immediately, unfortunately the aircon people we usually deal with informed is that it would be 4 weeks before they could get here. Found Down2Temp, made the call and Brett was only too happy to assist us, problem found, new aircon replaced. This was all done in 3 days from first phone call. Very easy to deal with and extremely professional. Well done Brett.
