  Cooltimes recently installed a split system for me in my apartment. They did a fantastic job! From the free quote on the same day i called, to the installation. They turned up on time, work was very neat and they cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t recommend enough! We had another company come out and say the installation was too difficult, i’m glad i got a second opinion from Cooltimes! Very happy customer :)

  Had a 24 k Watt Daikin ducted air con system (14 outlets) installed by Cooltimes Services in September 2025. It was major replacement of the entire ducted system (ducts insulation, compressor etc) Really good experience. I would highly recommend them. Got detailed quote same day after "in ceiling" inspection. 2 weeks later install day came. The installer team we got were amazing! Efficient, polite, professional, happy to explain stuff. They truly were really nice guys and we had a great install day experience. I can't overstate that, it just went so well. Post install day, a few minor issues arose. On the phone and via email, they were responsive (they cared) and came out and did a few adjustments. The constant contact was really heartening / positive and we felt supported, which was really important to us. They answer the phones, and respond to emails, the support has been great! I will happily update this review as time goes by. Update - 3 months in, the 3 phase circuit started tripping. It was the OLD pre-existing circuit (we elected to use the old circuit at install). They came out same day, tested the air con unit (which was all good) and replaced the old circuit and breaker (next day) with new one + wiring, free of charge, which is incredibly generous. Again, another good experience with different people from the company (really nice guys!) At present (3 months on) the system works fantastically well, just have to wait for the next electricity bill lol :) As this new system is an inverter and our old system came off the ARK, we are hopeful :) haha. We intend to have their company service the unit yearly. Really good company to to get ducted air con installed! Very highly recommend them. Great professional experience + follow up! It doesn't actually get better than that! Again, happy to update this review as time goes by. Thank you.

  Excellent service from inquiry to installation. A replacement Daikin unit put in shortly after resumption of Xmas break. Cooltimes squeezed me in before Xmas to have my old unit checked which had been playing up. I was advised up front about the call out fee and the technician called on the day to inform me he had been delayed and was running late and estimated arrival time. Between us it was decided a new AC unit would be best so the wonderful ladies in the office organised the replacement and install day, allowing for the Xmas period. The two young blokes on the install were excellent as well. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend Cooltimes to anyone.
