Josh and the team were awesome. Super easy to deal with, quick turnaround, and the aircon install was spot-on. No fuss, no dramas — just solid work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Josh and his two apprentices installed an air conditioner in my bedroom and I have to say I am extremely happy. This family business delivered a professional instalment, totally cleaned the mess up, were very polite and on time. Josh made sure I understood the remote before they packed up and left for the next job. Great service delivered by a friendly and trustworthy small business. In and out of my home in a few short hours. Thanks to the whole team.

I could not speak anymore highly of Josh from Cool Wise! Absolutely amazing prompt service. I had a 'broken' air-conditioner unit, a phone call to Josh, had him at my house in 45mins, and a fixed and serviced unit about 30mins later! A gecko was the cause of the problem. Josh definitely knows his stuff, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using him again.

Had Josh and his crew install two units in our Kirra home, the boys were on time, tidy, and very professional, not to mention the pricing, very affordable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thanks again...
