We have used Climate link for a few times now installing new and maintaining existing HVAC units. Dalibor, Nancy and the rest of the team are very professional, experienced and always deliver on promise. I have recommended their service to friends and family and always had great feedback. If you are in a need of advice, repair or replacement AC you wont be dissapointed.

Climate link customer service and support was excellent. The young cohort of staff was respectful and communicated well regarding the job and time frame. Appreciated the team tidying up after they were done. I got a comprehensive guide on how to use my new Fujitsu ducted aircon. I highly recommend the professionalism and quality of work. Thumbs up to climate link.

We had climatelink come and clean 2 split system air conditioners. The tech did a fantastic job. He was really thorough, disassembling and bagging the indoor unit to clean. One of the units was a little too noisy before the clean and now after is quiet. Photos are taken before and after. We are very happy with their work.

We recently had a five-room ducted air-conditioning system installed, including the full decommissioning of several ageing split systems. The team was extremely professional from start to finish and handled what was a significant job with ease. Their workmanship was excellent, they were neat, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I can’t fault their process at all — an outstanding install and a great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend ClimateLink enough 🙌 I had Alan come out to do up a quote, He was more then happy to discuss my options and process of install to my sister who specialises in this field (Based in the NT) This made me feel more comfortable as this is not a field I specialise in. due to his professionalism, Kindness & communication I accepted the quote without hesitation. On install day I had the pleasure in meeting Mitch, Igor & Sam who were respectful throughout install and kept me updated throughout the day. ClimateLink your team are amazing! Thank you for a great experience with a full install.

Technician turned up on time and was very thorough. After about an hour of trouble shooting he said he would have to come back as the diagnosis of my system was a bit more intense than first thought.A week later the same technician showed up and spent another hour diagnosing the system, when the bill came in Climatlink only charged me for one call out fee. Very happy with the service provided.
