Jordan replaced our bedroom aircon. He was friendly, professional and he had the job done quickly. He was also very knowledgeable and took away the old unit. Great service!

Jordan cleaned 5 air-conditioners in our house. He was friendly, prompt and communicated well. He even identified an issue with one air-conditioner that I've been able to follow up under warranty. I highly recommend Climacool and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jordan responded promptly to my enquiry regarding one of my AC units. He made time to come and investigate the issue and discuss options with me soon afterwards. He said he would have a quote to me in a day or two and I suspected this might be a normal Cairns month or two timeframe. I was surprised when I did receive the quotes I'd requested in less than two days and the pricing was quite reasonable. Jordan followed up his quote with a no pressure phone call a short time after I'd received the it and we again discussed what I wanted moving forward. The parts arrived quickly and Jordon was able to be flexible and fit in around my work hours. His work was prompt, thorough and highly professional. To receive such great service in late October in Cairns was refreshing. I highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to repair, install or upgrade their AC system.

We recently had Jordan come by to assess and fix an old aircon that had fried a gecko and itself - he was prompt and prifessional in his response and had it working at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. Because he had been so helpful I asked if he could assess and clean the aircons that needed it ahead of summer, which he has completed today, again in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend him for your A/C needs!
