Great communication from Ben when i enquired online about getting my ducted ac blocked drainage looked at, and prompt and efficient work from their tech Jack a couple days later. A very professional and well organised company to work with. My air conditioners needed to be moved to another section of the roof and the old electrics sorted out. The original quote clearly outlined the work to be undertaken and was reasonably priced. Justin arrived, further assessed the problems and he and Hani worked like trojans throughout the day. Have used these guys twice, once to service our ducted air con unit and replace a section of duct, and again to upgrade the return air box. Both times the technicians were very professional and did a great job, and Ben (the owner) is very friendly and helpful on the phone. Where there was a minor issue, they were very happy to come back and fix it up. They also did a few things that they could have charged for, but were happy to do free of charge. Overall very positive experience.
