  No words can describe how happy we are with Jackson & the team at Earlcon Air Conditioning. The team have gone out of their way to fix our ducted air conditioning unit before Christmas, after it stopped working just over a week ago. Now. Earlcon weren't our first call out, we decided to get a 2nd opinion after the first quote of $14k came in, not only did Earlcon manage to get our repairs under warranty his on going support and communication throughout the process, has been exceptional. I won't go anywhere else for our air conditioning from now on, his knowledge, support & communication can't be match.

  Earlcon & the owner Jackson were absolutely outstanding. They replaced our entire ducted air-conditioning system right before Christmas AND heatwave, a huge job. A crew of about seven guys turned up, worked incredibly efficiently, and in such hot conditions. They delivered everything exactly as promised under serious time pressure. The customer service was excellent from start to finish: clear communication, well-organised, and calm even with a tight pre-Christmas deadline. The guys on site were total legends — professional, respectful, tidy, and clearly experts at what they do. The system runs perfectly and the whole experience was stress-free, which is saying something given the timing. Couldn’t recommend Earlcon more highly if you want a team that genuinely delivers.
