Greg's guidance during the design phase was exceptional and made an immediate difference. He took the time to understand the quirks of the house and tailored the system layout accordingly, and the recent 40 degree heatwave across Sydney proved just how accurate that design was. Even in the peak Western Sydney heat, the house stayed icy cold and held a consistent 24 degrees without any strain. It genuinely felt like stepping into an entirely different climate. The installation itself was carried out on an exceptionally hot day, with the main wall facing directly north. Despite the heat radiating off the brickwork and additional trades arriving unexpectedly, the crew remained completely unfazed. They pushed through the conditions, stayed organised, and delivered an installation that reflects real professionalism. The plumbing and trunking along the side of the building are clean, tidy, and professionally finished. The elevated mounting of the outdoor units has kept my breezeway clear, meaning I still have full access to the rear yard without obstruction. The drainage work looks neat and intentional, and the overall presentation shows a team that takes genuine pride in its workmanship. I have been extremely impressed with the communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism from start to finish. Great work from the team at Crace AC. We had 2 brand new split systems installed and 3 older units cleaned out. Big thanks to Daniel who cleaned our older units for his professionalism and help in understanding how to help maintain our units ourselves and how to save on costs with how to run the units efficiently.
