We had our ducted air conditioner installed at the beginning of this year by Tyrone from Cool Runnings Heating and Cooling Solutions. The experience was excellent he was always on time and the process was a bit more involved because he had to remove old air conditioning units as well and would clean up any mess at the end of the day. Our ducted system works a treat and we are very glad we made the decision to go with Tyrone. I would definitely recommend Cool Runnings to anybody for any air conditioning needs. Would 100% recommend Cool Runnings Heating & Cooling, Tyrone & Max came at appointed time to service our air con which hadn't been serviced since it was put in over 10 years ago, although a bit of a challenge they did a great job for quoted amount

We had a ducted air conditioner, all new ducting, new controller, all replaced, extra zones put in, all within our budget, and completed in a day. Tyrone and his apprentice did a fantastic professional job, very clean & tidy, friendly with open communication, prompt service, no hard sell. Tyrone is a quality tradesman. We used Tyrone and his company Cool Runnings not only to install a new split system, but to also rectify and fix an absolute nightmare that was left behind by a previous air con company who installed our ducted system. Tyrone solved all the previous issues, installed a new quality split system and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. His work is neat and tidy, he’s punctual, extremely thorough, and no query or question was too hard to answer. We will gladly use Tyrone in the future.
