  Tim came the next day and diagnosed all 3 issues and went above and beyond to get the parts that day and came back after he finished his other jobs to make sure my aircon worked for open house inspection. The quote was exactly what he said upfront and fixed a few other little things at no charge while he was waiting for the rooms to col. Very experienced and helpful and extremely reasonable.
