After almost 30 years it was time to retire my old Fujitsu and decided to go ahead with the Daikin Alira X 7.1/8 KW model with built in Wifi and wow what a difference. Decided to reach out to to the team from Airserve Air Conditioning and they did not dissapoint From pre to post, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial site inspection, follow-up, detailed quote, right through to installation, everything was prompt, professional, and on time. The whole process was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Mustapha (Managing Director) was fantastic to deal with clear, honest, and extremely professional and the installers, Jack and Nathan, were outstanding. Friendly, respectful, and meticulous in their work, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. If you’re looking for a new install, servicing, or even just advice, look no further than these guys. You will not be disappointed. This air conditioner has single-handedly saved my sanity and possibly our lives. One minute I was melting like a paddle pop, the next I was wrapped in a blanket questioning my life choices.
