Very happy with the service by the whole team. Had Paul in Canberra come out with short notice, and assess our old system which we were anticipating needed replacing. He explained what was not working and made it clear why it was more economical to swap out the old boiler. We are very happy with the new boiler as it is more efficient and heats up more quickly which was installed a couple of days after we agreed to the quote. Paul was great during the whole process and has completed a very tidy install, and Michael from the office processed the invoice and responded to questions quickly. The quote was easy to understand and included parts, labour and a flush of the system. Would recommend this company for your hydronic heating needs!

Massive thanks to the team at Foster Hydronic especially Andy! Our hydronic heating suddenly failed in the middle of a cold Canberra night, and with a 10-year-old in the house and no other heating source, we were honestly a bit stressed. We were initially told the earliest appointment would be a week away, which was understandable given how busy things are in winter. But Andy didn’t just brush us off he genuinely took it upon himself to help. He understood the situation and somehow managed to find a window with his technician Paul (also fantastic!) to come and sort it out. They were professional, efficient, and really cared about getting us back up and running. Heating is now working perfectly again no more polar blast indoors! This kind of personal commitment and service is rare these days, and we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommend

Andy and the crew are courteous, prompt, efficient, and responsive regarding follow-up on all aspects of our hydronic heating system - which I’ve really appreciated. In particular, Andy has on several occasions provided troubleshooting solutions for me simply over the phone (saving me the cost of having someone come out). And if you leave a message, they will always call back promptly. Couldn’t ask for more 🤙

We had hydronic heating installed by these guys last week and are very happy with it. The heating warms up the house very effectively, is silent and provides a constant temperature throughout the house. The installation went smoothly - the system was installed on time and the installers were friendly and professional. Also, the company stuck to their quote even though they had to upgrade our gas line. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the heating and highly recommend Canberra Hydronic Heating.
