David and James arrived exactly as promised, and with no fuss at all got to work (installation of one unit, maintenance on another), and were fast (in and out in under four hours), efficient, polite, clean, and the work looks amazing. Couldn't ask for more. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend these guys, upgraded our evaporative cooler and gas heating to a reverse cycle system with the latest AirTouch 5 interface. James designed a solution that suited our lifestyle and allowed us to isolate areas of our home we don’t always use for long term savings. These guys definitely know their stuff and are extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with in their service delivery, communication was exceptional and they did everything they said they would within the promised timeframes. Can’t recommend David and James highly enough.

We called David and James out for an annual service of our air-conditioning unit. We also raised an issue we had with an internally venting kitchen extractor, and the difficulty with accessing and cleaning the filters in an ERV unit. They investigated both issues and provided quick simple solutions. The extractor fan now vents to the outside of the building and we now have new-style ERV filters, which they made and fitted on the same day. We were impressed with their communication, attention to detail, efficiency and ‘thinking outside the square’. Highly recommended.
